One of the shows that is immensely discussed on social media is Sirf Tum. Vivian Dsena and Eisha Singh’s show is one of the biggest to come out on television in recent times. Despite a good star cast and an engaging plot (it was supposed to be Kabir Singh’s TV version), the show’s rating is below 1.5. This came as a huge disappointment to all Vivian Dsena fans. He feels the entire team needs to pull their socks up. Initially, Eisha Singh and he were fond of each other but now fans feel that something might be missing.
This serial is produced under the banner of Rashmi Sharma Telefilms. The first promo of the series was released on October 11 and the second trailer was released on October 30. Looking at the trailer, one can guess that the main characters of this series will be Vivian and Isha.
This series will replace Barrister Baba. The show will be aired on November 15 at 8:00 PM on Colors TV and the time slot of Balika Vadhu will be changed to 8:30 PM.
After a brief hiatus, famous TV actor Vivian Dsena is returning to the small screen. Along with him, TV actress Eisha Singh is also getting ‘Ghar Wapsi’ on Colors TV.
After being away from our TV screens for a short time, Vivian Dsena is back with her new show ‘Sirf Tum’ on Colors TV but some critics compared the drama to Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Kabir Singh’ (2019).
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Dsena disagrees with this comparison, sharing that it’s definitely not the case: “Look, there’s always going to be comparisons about A or B or C or whatever you’re doing because at the end of the day, every story on every platform today is just about a couple people. So all the stories have a similar background, but people assume that because it’s medicine and this guy looks angry – it’s Kabir Singh.
But he is definitely not Kabir Singh, he is based in a medical college and has qualities that would match any hero of today. But he (his character Sirf Tum) is different, his approach to relationship is different, he has a lot of respect for women and deals with things in a very different and more practical way. his intentions and the result of his actions absolutely correct.
Dsena will be seen playing the role of Ranveer Chopra, who is not like any of the characters he has played in the past. Explaining why he decided to sign the show, the “Shakti — Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki” actor says, “I think the most important part that got me excited was that it’s a college background. Since I started my career at a very early age, I didn’t go to college or any other institution beyond 10 plus 2. People give me the impression that I did some post-graduation or something, but I started my career at 18 , so I didn’t have time to do anything.’
“So with that in mind, I wanted to do a show that had a college background, and mainly I was told I was going to be an athlete. So that’s enough to get me excited for a new character. It is something at the medical school level and this is a stream that I have never pursued before,” he added.
Eisha Singh also stars in the drama as Suhani Chattopadhyay and will play Chopra’s love interest.
